Living Area

The living area is designed as a seamless extension of the surrounding landscape, blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Natural materials, including timber, stone, and leather, are carefully selected to create a warm and timeless atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling glazing maximises daylight penetration while framing views of the garden, allowing nature to become an integral part of the interior experience.

The open-plan arrangement promotes flexibility and social interaction, while the restrained material palette reinforces a sense of calm, balance, and contemporary luxury.

Living Room

The living room serves as the central gathering space of the residence, where comfort, functionality, and architectural expression are brought together.

A dark textured feature wall provides visual depth and contrast against the lighter furnishings, while the timber ceiling introduces warmth and rhythm throughout the space. The carefully curated furniture layout encourages both everyday living and entertaining, creating a welcoming environment that feels intimate despite the generous scale.

The design emphasises simplicity, proportion, and materiality, resulting in a refined yet relaxed living experience.

Balcony

The balcony is conceived as an outdoor living room that extends the functionality of the interior spaces.

Generous covered areas protect from the elements while maintaining uninterrupted views towards the surrounding landscape. Timber screening elements filter sunlight, creating a subtle transition between privacy and openness.

The design celebrates the relationship between architecture and nature, offering a tranquil space for relaxation, reflection, and social gatherings. Through its clean lines, natural materials, and carefully framed views, the balcony enhances the overall living experience and strengthens the connection to the outdoors.
